As we hit the middle of the summer, the watchlist season heats up. More Panthers are on the watchlist circuit:
- Center Chris Jacobson and guard Lucas Nix are on the Outland Trophy watchlist;
- Mike Shanahan made the Bilenikoff watchlist.
I don't expect any Pitt player to be a serious contender for either award, I suppose it's better to be on the watchlist than not.
